Suppressor Accessories

Most suppressor problems are mounting problems. Direct-thread cans are simple and can loosen under sustained fire. Quick-detach systems are faster to move between hosts and add a muzzle device and a tolerance stack to the front of the barrel. Neither is wrong, but mixing brands of mount and can rarely ends well.

The accessories worth having are the boring ones: a wrench that fits your specific mount, a thread protector for when the can is off, and high-temperature anti-seize for the shoulder. Carbon locks threads together as they heat-cycle, and a can that has been left on through a few hundred rounds without anti-seize can be genuinely difficult to remove.
