What we do here
Most of our business ships nationwide, but Houston buyers get the version without the middleman. Order on htxguns.com, choose in-store pickup, and collect from us — there is no transfer fee on a firearm you bought from us, which is the fee most people pay twice without noticing when they buy online and route it through a third shop.
We also take incoming transfers from other dealers and private sales, handle NFA paperwork, and capture fingerprints on site. The suppressor side is unusual for a shop this size: we hold a Class 2 SOT through June 2027 and file Form 4s electronically through our 10Scan partnership, so the purchase, the paperwork and the prints all happen in a single appointment rather than across three businesses.

Can I walk in without an appointment?
Call first. We are appointment-based within our posted hours, so a call means the counter is staffed for you rather than tied up with another transfer.
Do you charge a transfer fee?
Not on a firearm you bought from us and collected here. Incoming transfers from another dealer or a private sale do carry a fee — call for the current rate.
Can I buy a suppressor and get fingerprinted in the same visit?
Yes. We hold a Class 2 SOT and take FD-258 cards on site, and the Form 4 is filed electronically through 10Scan. One appointment covers the purchase, the paperwork and the prints.
Do I have to be a Texas resident?
To collect a firearm in person, yes — a firearm must transfer through a dealer in your own state of residence. Out-of-state buyers order online and we ship to an FFL near them.
