No, and neither can anyone else. Federal law requires a firearm to ship to a licensed dealer, who then transfers it to you after a Form 4473 and a background check. That dealer can be one near you, or it can be us.

Yes, with no exclusions on our side. Some states and cities restrict particular firearms, magazines or ammunition, and those local rules still apply — checkout will flag anything that cannot go to your address.

A Federal Firearms Licensee — a licensed gun dealer. Most gun shops, and many pawn shops and ranges, will receive a transfer for a fee. Call ahead and confirm they accept transfers and what they charge, then enter them at checkout.

Whatever the receiving dealer charges — typically $25 to $50. If you choose in-store pickup with us there is no transfer fee at all, and if you are transferring in a firearm bought elsewhere ours is $35 ($20 for each additional firearm on the same transfer).

Yes. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we will hold it here. That is the cheapest and fastest route if you are in Houston, Katy or Cypress.

Non-firearm orders move like any parcel. Firearms depend on the receiving dealer logging them in when they arrive — most are ready within a day or two of delivery. NFA items wait on ATF approval, which is a different timeline entirely.
